To ensure the club runs effectively, we operate with an executive committee. The purpose of the executive committee is to strategically plan, oversee the financial responsibilities of the club, liaise between members, community and the Bellarine Peninsula Basketball Association. Also to facilitate committee meetings, develop and manage policy development all while supporting the main goal of the club to provide a safe place for people to play basketball.
The Executive Committee is responsible for the operation and success of the club. To achieve this the Executive Committee adhere to the following;

The President represents the committee to the outside world. They are supported by the executive committee members and advocate on behalf of the club's members. The President is responsible for ensuring the committee fulfils its responsibilities for the governance of the club including.
